About Me

A recent graduate of AFI, Matisse’s script, SKIN landed her on the 2024 Black list. Prior to that, Matisse received her BFA in Theater Arts at Boston University, and then went on to create, produce, and perform HEAT TRANSFER, a touring play about the intimacy of female friendship and the journey from adolescence to adulthood. Matisse has also written award-winning short film, THE TAMPON, which grapples with issues of sexual assault and consent. In her free time, she enjoys cat-calling dogs.
